To Whom It May ************* Fargo protected me and successfully reversed a $169 charge dispute from Pure Barre made in December of 2021. (Confirmation attached/uploaded.) Because 1. Pure Barre provided no services and 2. I had buyers remorse, ***** Fargo was able to protect me from realizing a permanent charge.Since then Pure Barre has sent me multiple emails demanding $194 which represents the $169 plus perhaps a $25 reverse credit card fee. This was not clarified on the ****. The price jumped from $169 to $194 without explanation. (**** screenshot attached/uploaded.)Yesterday, March 30, 2022, I received an email from a collections agency on behalf of Pure Barre requesting $271.99. Now a difference of $103 without explanation. (**** screenshot attached/uploaded.)I need to be protected from this merchants harassment. I am requesting that you have them stop billing me. Services were not rendered. I had buyers remorse. A suitable agreement was not established.Attached documents have complete details.Business response

BBB COMMENT BY STAFF SKW:
She is in 3rd party collection status. She did not cancel in time. Looks like I cancelled the charges but they weren't paid. I don't have nay record she was charged. The charge went through but she marked it as a charge back. There's no much I can do. She can speak to 3rd party collections.
