In April I financed a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica from Johnson, Son. I agreed to additional $5000 in service contracts, but cancelled them in person with my adult son on April 26 with *********************, finance rep, in appropriate time frame. ($3000 service; $1050 Prepaid Main; $950 Tire/Wheel). ************ **** Johnson have assured me many times that all paperwork is complete & refunds were forthcoming to my account. To date, after multiple contacts with both men, I've not received any of the $5000. On Aug 17 ****** emailed one cancellation form-Service only- & I signed it in his office. Hed backdated it to April 26. Meanwhile, I've been paying interest on this $5000 since April. I have emails, voicemails from both saying all is taken care of. To date no funds are returned to my account. Can you please help?Business response

Regarding the complaint ID ******** our customer had canceled items they added to their loan while purchasing the vehicle. I have verified with the bank that these items have been credited to the customer's loan. Unfortunately the time frame for getting these credited back took longer than usual and we have made changes to prevent this from happening in the future.Thank you,Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and only wish that the business would not have taken from April until November to refund the monies due me. I have had to pay interest on the $5000.00 during this long stretch as I fought to move this along. I also wish that the business would have been more responsive so I would not have had to get the Better Business Bureau involved.
