I went to the Paint it pottery shop on March 18th. My boyfriend and I both painted bowls and were told in the end that our bowls would not be ready to pick up until that Friday the 22nd. As we were going home the next day we opted to pay the extra $15 for shipping. We have yet to recieve our items in the mail (April 23). We have made several attempts to call and email the business with no answer in either form. After looking online, this seems to be a reoccurring problem with this business and I am extremely upset about this.Initial Complaint

On 8/5/22, our group of 4 painted 3 bowls and 1 souper sipper at Paint It! Pottery Shop. We paid for our order to be shipped to ********************************************************************; and, we were told it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery. It is past the time our order should have been delivered, and we'd like our items or a refund. After some research, it appears this happens quite often with this business. I have called 26 times...the voicemail is full, so there is never an option to leave a message. A woman answered on the first time I got through, and she asked me to call back b/c she was busy. Then, I called and called and called, and finally reached a woman named ******. ****** said that she'd call me back in 10 minutes or on Saturday (8/27) morning to give me the tracking info. I never heard back. I have also sent an email to no response, and I've sent 2 ******** messages to no response. I described my order to each woman who answered. We had 3 bowls - one in shades of blue, one with blues and greens, one with pink and lavender with little flowers painted in it...all 3 done in pastels...and, we had the one souper sipper which was done in black with confetti...just like the pumpkin example in black with confetti that is on-display in the store. I would really love to have these items, as it was a special trip for grandma and her grand kids. My order total was $107.69.Initial Complaint

My family went to this place of business on July 24, 2022 and purchased pottery to paint. We were set to pick up our items on the 25th when I received a text from the owner's son that their kiln had went down and they would ship our items for free since we were leaving town before they would be ready.I have tried multiple texts, emails and calls to their various numbers listed on different sites including the number the son messaged me from and no one will respond. I attempted to make contact through ******** and they removed my post.Initial Complaint

Purchased 6 pottery items from business. After painting them and completing our purchase we opted to have the items shipped home. Business' invoice says to allow 2 weeks for shipping. By week 3 we had not received our items. Attempted to call business which took several more days as they dont answer the phone even during business hours and you cant leave a message. Finally was able to reach a lady, presumably the owner. Very rude but told me our items shipped last friday and that she would text me a tracking number. She never did. My wife called back 3 days later and the same women lied and said she never told me she would send a tracking number over, said our items will ship out now next friday, and scorned my wife for calling when she was busy with other customers and a sick child. Not my problem. items fially arrived today 3/26 and 2 of them are broken and one is missing. Again attempted to contact them, no answer. I paid $179 to this place and all I received was broken pottery, or no pottery at all. I want my money back. I have a video I took while I opened the package but its too large to upload onto this sight. I can send it another way if needed.
