      1) Blood stains on the bed sheets 2) After staying 2 nights with no housekeeping stopping by our room we called and requested toilet paper and fresh towels. We paid to stay in a luxury villa loft and assumed to have these basic amenities. Did not receive after calling to request and had to request multiple times before going to the front desk (which is in another building) and got ourselves.3) the fire alarm went off due to a main pipe bursting, we waiting outside 2 hours with our 9 month old infant from 7pm-9pm at night with no information given as to how long we would need to be outside our room or if we were even able to go back in our room. We went back in after realizing there wasnt a fire and it was pipe bursting and I called the front desk, asked them why no communication was given, they offered to change our room due to not having running water but offered no refund or other incentives. They got the water on at about 10pm and I didnt want to drag a crib and all my families belongings to another room. Fire alarms continued to go off until about 11pm. No call from any type of supervisor or manager the next day. If it wasnt for the maintenance man outside working on the pipe we would have had no idea what was going on.

      Horrible Resort felt like a 100 yr old resort Dirty Absolutely Dirty doors had screws holding them together. Landscaping terrible shape dead Bushes everywhere and overgrown with Weeds wood fences falling over what a view. Towels looked like they were 20 yrs old needed 3 just to dry off . We stayed on 1st floor put bathing suits out to Dry only to get stolen WOW who steals bathing suits. To Be honest it was like the place is about to be closing Down. Iv been to dells 60+ times that was my 1st time at Chula Vista never again they couldn’t pay me to come Back.

      Unclear signage between condo checking, room/suite check in. Rude staff, horrible customer service. Obviously terribly patched towel rack in the bathroom. The toilet seat looks gross and bubbled. Do not waste your money, you will be disappointed.

      This place is awful. From the rude check in to the ice cold waterpark, you will regret ever stepping foot in this place.

      I am very disappointed! I booked through Expedia and got a grate and then I was told I owed more when I got there!! Chula Vista had took payment and when I room and waited an hour ** of the heat not working and ants and lady bugs all over and the coffee table broke while we were eating and hurt my sons leg!! I am so upset and the pics and what the representative say was that there were a wave pool inside and 3 hot tub with swim up bar and I was truly disappointed in what they said and what pics they had up !! Never again will step in this place and staff was rude!! I want my money back

      Went on a package deal with local radio station expecting to be able to go to water park on 11/17/22. Come to find out that the water park is not open until 1:45 pm on Friday. This was not mentioned on the radio station site nor was it listed on booking page of resort. Room is decent just sucks that kids were expecting to go swimming and now cannot. So I you want to waist your money during the week come waste your time at an overprice hotel since nothing else is available. Otherwise it seems park is open on weekends only.

      I stayed at Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells. Our room 4422 had several lady bugs on walls and ceiling. Two hornets in it. When complaining to Marco at front desk who seemed not to care. He said they've had a bug problem for several weeks. They come through vents from the cold to the warm. We were on the fourth floor. What if someone was allergic to bees. Being a Wyndham rewards member I contacted Wyndham who also seemed not to care. Contacted General manager at Chula vista. Who has yet to answer my voice-mail or email. I used Wyndham points and paid 274.00. From front desk to pool area all staff were very rude. I would like some compensation for the terrible experience me and my family had.

      Staff was wonderful. Room not so much. We were told that all the suite's fireplaces were ornamental only to find a friend that had a fully functional fireplace. The elevator was not working the final day if our stay and we had to make several trips to get all of our luggage in our car.

      I recently went to Chula Vista January . Me and my friends had a reservation for 3 nights. We were never informed that the days we were staying , the water park was going to be under construction. The day we booked our stay there was no notice . If we couldve gone to the water park for at least one day then the trip wouldnt had been canceled . This was my first time coming back to this resort after a few years . The customer service was awful. We had to call this man for our room number and thats when he had informed us about the 3 days the waterpark wasnt open. That day the notice popped up and not before and stated Tuesday and Thursday closed. The man who I was asking questions to didnt want to answer me and transferred me to a women . The women sounded bothered and had a tone. I canceled my stay and they state in the policy they only charge one night prior to that day of cancellation. The manager didnt state how much it was and we thought it would be $110 for what the policy stated. Instead the total was $180 for staying fees. We never stayed there in the room and the resort waterpark was closed . There was no need to take the money for maintenance. We had to find another resort because none of my college friends and me felt like staying in a hotel where we werent served as we expected wed be. We had to find a different resort last minute .
