      My family and I were here on vacation and tried this place . Everything was good . Food decent . Once we checked out , we swiped our card for the amount shown on the receipt and then when we checked our cards the waiter ******** had gave herself a $20 tip on two different receipts .No it was not an accident she purposely kept the handheld device and tapped her own tip .So we go to the front to let them know and the manager is like its on our own menus that we add automatic gratuity . IF WAS NOT . If it was there fine ok cool but she argued us up and down that it was . Then she voids the whole transaction and wants us to swipe our card again NO .She couldnt proved any proof that she voided the transaction. The staff was not helpful or friendly . One lady even put her finger in my face and threatened to call the police . Yes you can call them so they know you guys are stealing peoples money. I will never be back . And the waiter still didnt see **** thing wrong or did she apologize. This is not ok . If you go here be sure to check your card transactions before you leave because this is not her first rodeo . Both tickets were over $80 . She is a thief , mind you the original cash tip was going to be at least $50 but for her to steal is not ok . Then we say she needs the day off or something the manager goes oh were short staffed. So you rather your employee steal peoples money and you openly know it then to find another worker or close off a certain eating area . I will not recommend this place to anyone.

      This situation was brought to my attention on Sunday. I was not involved with the actual incident but was informed by my manger after the fact. What the employee did was totally unacceptable. I met with her on Monday to ask her why this happened. She did not have any reason but just said she did it. At that point I told her I would have to terminate her. I then received an email from **** telling me we are ridiculous because we had not responded to her on her review, and she threatened that she would keep going. Her review was being discussed with the ********* who handles all reviews, and we were trying to make sure we had all the facts. As you can see,I responded to her email within minutes of receiving it. I told her the employee was terminated and that she could take down her review. She responded with she did not believe me since she was told we were short staffed by our manager and that we couldn't fire her. After discussing with the manager,she said that was never said. The ********* did respond to **** and her friends reviews on Tuesday. 


      Although this was an unacceptable and avoidable situation the employee had worked here for just over a month and again is longer employed here. **** and her friends also attempted to defraud a restaurant by trying to leave without paying. The manager told the group that we call the police in which at that point they paid.

      the manager did tell ** she could not be fired . My whole crew can say so as well so hes still lying . 
      when she said she would call the police I told her to call them and we stepped out and told the. To figure out another solution . And no they did not respond to my review !
