September 22nd, 2022 I took my car in for a diagnosis and the mechanic broke my coolant hose and also broke my boot off of the coil pack. after the broke it the told me I had to pay for it. My car is now damaged due to their mistake and I cant drive it . I had to go pay some one else to fix my coil pack but my coolant is still leaking and I cant drive it. My car was driving just fine before i took it in I was able to drive to them which is 33 minutes from home now I my car is parked cant leaking coolant and they wont help me or call me back or answer their phone. I pay a note every 2 wks and I am paid up til November. this company is a fraud and take advantange of women of colorBusiness response

customer was billed only for the diagnosis of her vehicle.
her coil pack and coolant hose were very brittle and did deteriorate to the point that they did break on removal. we repaired the coolant hose at no charge to her, and provided an estimate on the replacement of the coil pack.
customer made a scene in our waiting room, and declined any services for which we would invoice her. we charged only for the time we had into the vehicle that she had pre-authorized.
she did state that we had quoted too high of a price for repair, however, our pricing is based on mitchell1 national published labor guide at our posted rate of ****** per hour and parts at list price. customer chose to have her vehicle serviced at a different location with a lower grade of part, and a lower labor rate.
