My wife and I purchased over eight thousand dollars in furniture from the referenced store in August of 2020. Recently I filed a warranty claim for a broken piece associated with one piece of the furniture purchase and it has now been over three months and no one from the store, customer care or corporate headquarters will contact me to resolve this issue.Business response

Thank you for writing the La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery in Barboursville, West Virginia regarding ****** *********. Your letter has been forwarded to me for further review and response.
A part order was placed on February 10, 2022, to complete the necessary repairs. Due to supply chain concerns, the leather to produce the part is currently unavailable.
Due to the delay in receiving the part and previous service concerns, the customer has been authorized to reselect his entire sectional. Mr. ********* is aware and is satisfied with the resolution.

We first purchased a couch and chair on 12/30/2020 we are on the 3rd couch and the chair has been repaired ones and needs it again. The repair man was here today 03/21/22 he couldn't believe how bad it is. This is the 3rd couch that's been sent back. actually, we have been without a couch for over a year, we are past ready to give up. I've already paid $1,832.69 and still owe $1,649.35. we want to return the couch and chair and get our money back. After 3 couch's and having the chair repaired hasn't worked, I believe we've been through enough.Business response

Good afternoon,In response to ****** ******'s complaint, they received a full RGA, which allows the customer to reselect on the items that were not built to La-Z-Boy standards. While the customer is waiting on their new furniture to be made, they will still have their original furniture they ordered. Upon delivery of their new furniture, we will pick up the original furniture. There was no extra cost to the customer and the customer's relationship to the store has changed for the better since filing this complaint.
