I took my car there to get a problem diagnosed and fixed. They called me a few days later, saying that it was a bad oxygen sensor, then saying that it would cost $983 to fix. They also said that there was a chance that that was not the only issue, so this might be the first step. I asked how much the replacement part was, they told me $400. I told them not to work on it and I was picking up the car. I came and got the car, they charged me $153 for diagnosing the issue. I went to ******** ****, they diagnosed the issue for free and I bought a $35 replacement part. Fixed the issue. The staff argued with me, telling me that non-Toyota parts rarely work and that information found on forums (for my specific make and model car) are almost always wrong, etc. They wanted to charge me $983 for a problem that was fixed for $35.Review from Adam S

The sales lady Kayla was the only nice person at this dealership. They waxed the hood so I couldn’t see all the damage. Time I seen it was days later and I had already signed the papers. They could not even print a receipt for the money I gave them at the time of buying the car. They just wrote it on a paper. I called to see why I haven’t received my title and the receptionist was very rude. She thought she had hung up the phone and I sat there and listened to her making fun of me to a coworker. Horrible business do not go there.
