We bought a 2019 Suburban in October, engine light came on the next day and had to have the converters changed (and that took over a month to do)! Broke down 1/25/24 after missing & not wanting to go into gear correctly, constantly calling Denise asking her for guidance or some sort of help… Transmission had to be taken out and a different one put in and we got the vehicle back after 20+ days!! 6 days after that it blew up in the middle of the highway and had to be towed once again to a shop- It needed a new motor! Waited almost three weeks for that to be done and then it refused to stay running- catalytic converters were stopped up so bad (which made no sense because they were supposedly put on new back in December) we had to go get them, take them to get cleaned/knocked out and take them back to the shop to be put on the vehicle, picked it up after another 20+ days. It was FORTY FOUR days in total I didn’t have my vehicle. Our warranty that we purchased has paid out over $9,000.00 and we have paid hundreds of dollars towards repairs to this vehicle- All while Denise continues to tell me “it’s out of my hands”. Broke down again yesterday 4/8/2024. It’s saying “Turn Vehicle Off” and “Engine Reduced Power” it won’t even start. Looking at the ****** that was given to us when we purchased it- August (before we got it) it stated that “Computer Checked” at a shop in ***** ******** KY- I called them and they said the vehicle was brought there back in August because the engine light was flashing on and off- They told the people it needed ALL NEW LIFTERS and a NEW CAMSHAFT. It was traded in the same day. They even emailed me a copy of it- these issues were present months before we ever purchased it. Don’t be fooled by the “In GOD we Trust” sign out front- She told me if I had it towed back to her lot, she’d call the police and tell them it was abandoned. I have ALL of my receipts, invoices, estimates, and more of everything that I’m stating.
