      This so called dentist ,takes advantage of the elderly My husband can not hear and they would not let me go in with him My husband is 74yrs old in went in to have a tooth pulled she told him he needed all this other things done also told him he needed upper and lower partials that did not fit went back twice because they didn't fit 2,600.dollars out of pocket charged insurance over 4,000 dollars he left partials with the dentist She was very rude with him they refunded 400 dollars on partials I rate them -0 and in my opinion this so called dentist took advantage of him

      My husband had appointment to have partials adjustment on December 28 2023 at 4.oclock They dentist just left said he would have to come back the next morning Not very professional

      I have recently recently had a dental cleaning done by Aspen Dental. This time the cleaning was Different than ever before. I’ve had my teeth cleaned by a few Dental places in Beckley, West Virginia and have had no problems. It it is been about two weeks and I am still having problems with sensitivity all the time, when I eat, when I talk and when I drink. I have never been told I’ve had gum, disease or anything to that nature. When she was cleaning my teeth, I mentioned you’re using a water pic on my teeth I asked why. She said that this gets it done faster. I have been in pain since this has happened. I was also concerned about them pulling a tooth and filling so I called **** Credit and ask them about not paying for the procedures of how they made me pay. They made me pay for my cleaning before I had my cleaning this was out-of-pocket. I used my Visa card. Then I had went and got my x-rays, my teeth cleaning and they made another appointment for my tooth extraction and filling. I was very concerned about going back to this place and having this done since the sensitivity was so bad and painful. I have never experienced this in my 64 years of life. But I went ahead and had my tooth extracted and asked to see it and they said it’s already in the biohazard. That didn’t seem right to me.Because every dentist that I have had that pulled a tooth showed me! I think this is not a good place even for low come people or any income period!!!!!

      I had no problem with the wait in their lobby, I’m a pretty patient woman. The staff was polite, which was nice they even knew my name where I guess I called and went so much But what does all that matter when I get broken a broken denture ?! No one with in their whole company wants to help me ????? I have been very patient with aspen dental. Calling and calling and complaining (I hate complaining) Waiting for their “call backs” spending Well over 1,000$ for a broken denture that they won’t correctly fix??!! I have already taken it to be “fixed” once. But it was the same problem! It doesn’t fit my mouth! I have way to many medical issues rn and this is the last thing I need to be bothered with. How bad would it be for them to just mold my bite correctly and fix the mistake they made and be done with it!! Wish I could leave a picture! I’d like for everyone to see this ?????

      Do not use this place. Charged me $2106.00 for teeth cleaning with deep gum cleaning. Wanted to do a crown when needed a filling and said I had a cavity that was a shadow on film. Except for cleaning did not allow any work still charged over 2,000$. Total scam

      They are basically a money making scheme. Office manager and regional manager very rude and not helpful at all. The dentist is not helpful also. Poor quality service and products. They take advantage of elderly people and they discriminate. Asked them to call me regarding an elderly parent's care if they could not understand or communicate effectively due to different cultural background. They stated they could understand fine until they provided broken partials then they said, oh sorry about your luck, language barrier. They refused to fix, replace or refund for the broken partials. I would NOT recommend anyone to this place. They will max out your insurance and not fix any of your dental problems. I asked for dental records and x-rays to transfer my parent's care elsewhere and they sent me a blank CD.
