              Trash has not been picked up in 3 weeks. Called last week to see why and was told it was due to weather issues. Called back 3 days week and was told they were running behind but would be picked up the next day. They never came back to pick up my trash. Called today and was told they drove by and my trash was not out, however, my trash has been in the barrels at the end of my driveway for 3 weeks. Was then told my trash would not be picked up until next Tuesday and that I will not be credited for no trash service in the month of January. I need my trash picked up as I pay for this service. Thank you.

              Oak Hill Garbage Disposal, Inc that serves Oak Hill WV. Truck Number ********, I am not sure that other numbers are in front of that, due to the truck was driving over the speed limit in a residential neighborhood and no thought to children safety. My personal complaint was the abusive nature they had with my dog who is in a fenced in yard. They yelled (so loud I heard them in my house with doors closed) at my dog, telling him to shut up and other things. My cans set outside and away from the fence so there was no need to be that angry. This is completely unprofessional and makes me concerned that they will take out their anger on children or anything that gets in their way. When I came out on the porch they picked up speed and sped off. If a child would have been riding a bike or someone walking by the road, they would have been hit. These men ask each year for money for Christmas and after today. I will not ever leave them a bonus
