I have a 2021 Toyota Camry XSE AWD. Took it in for 20k servicing today and was appalled. It’s always been lacking but today was worse. All 4 wheels are bubbling and peeling. It looks terrible. Kevin, service manager, said it was rock chips. The paint has red spots showing up in it and they said it is rail dust. I am to buy rubbing compound and take a rag to it.Business response

Good afternoon,
In response to the complaint filed by ****** **** on her 2021 Toyota Camry, VIN ****************** here is our stance. The Svc Mgr has inspected the customers' concern and noted that one wheel in particular, namely the left front wheel is indeed peeling and was ordered under warranty coverage. The remaining 3 wheels have been determined to have excessive rock chips seemingly caused by road debris and can not be covered thru regular warranty channels. The Svc Mgr has forwarded the pictures attached to our District Mgr for review. It will be up to corporate Toyota to decide if the customer is eligible for any goodwill assistance replacement for non warrantable damage. We respectfully decline any further assistance thru L&S Toyota and will wait upon a completed review by the District Mgr. The customer will be contacted immediately upon receipt of information from Toyota Corporate. ***** *****
