I went in on October of 2022 to ask about a lease special for a Nissan ********. The manager explained the lease to me saying it was 18 months 20,000 miles. After hearing everything he said, I decided to start the lease. The salesman and the woman I dealt with in finance both said 20,000 miles. I even specifically asked if the miles would be prorated since it was an 18 month lease. They told me no it's 20,000 miles. Fast forward to the end of 2023. I checked my account and it said I had 15,000 miles. I called the salesman multiple times stating my concerns and he reassured me that it's definitely 20,000 miles and it will show at the start of 2024. I called again after the new year because it still said 15,000 miles for my allotted miles. During that call the salesman said that's weird, let me ask my manager. He called me back and said that the manager said that the lease was only for 15,000 miles. This was the manager that verbally told me it was 20,000 at the beginning. I feel like they COMPLETELY took advantage of me. Telling me one thing then rushing through the paperwork. I have given them multiple opportunities to make things right and the manager won't even call me. Probably because he knows what they did was wrong. They need to stick to their word. Now I have a truck sitting in my driveway with 15,000 miles on it that I can't drive. The lying they did that day to get me to sign the lease is unacceptable and needs to be addressed so they don't do the same to other people looking into their first lease.Initial Complaint
