Green cab has been horrible with their service n things thwy done.. there r actually few different things and the way they even operate that isn't right at all. I honestly would like for someone to call me if at all possible about the situation and as well as I have experienced this several times n nothing is getting better with that company. Honestly I feel that they owe me for several trips. But I def want to speak with someone becuz its too much to message.. my phone number is ********** Didn't get picked up when suppose to. Was lied to by one of the workers across seas and he literally argued with me n said he would sent proof of screenshots that he still has failed to send. N wouldn't answer my called when they still took another 15 mons to show up. They were an hour late n very rude.. there is much more. The pics r just from today when they charged me n wasn't suppose to. Ecuz I was told they would cover ride becuz of the whole situation.want to speak wth sum1 no room to explaiCustomer response

Better Business Bureau:
The business has definitely not done anything for this matter. I've asked numerous times to be refunded as well as when the guy told me that day he tried calling my number back 4 times and said it said on his end it was disconnected but yet when the actual driver called after being hours late for court it went through just fine. He lied n just never had anyone come pick me up. Thats all that was. Then charged us for the cab fair after he made us extremely late to where we were going to b held accountable for it at court. GREEN CAB REFUSES TO ANSWER THE PHONE IN REGARDS TOO PAYIN ME BACK FOR THE FAIR. SO SOMETHING NEEDS DONE. N ACTUALLY THEY OWE ME WAY MORE THEN THE 8 DOLLARS. THEY OVER CHARGE PPL DAILY N EITHER SHOW UP LATE OR DHOW UP WAY TO EARLY N THEN R VERY DISRESPECTFUL WHEN ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS COME WHEN PPL ASK THEM TOO. ONCE THEY SAY THWY R ABLE TO COME AT A CERTAIN TIME BUT NEVER SHOW UP AT THAT TIME THAT HURTS WHOEVER NEEDS THE CAB.
