Ordered two T-shirts on 8/20/2022. I have not received my order. I attempted to call the number listed on the website and it is no longer in service. I also sent an email and have received no response. I paid through ****** *nd they have deducted my payment.Initial Complaint

I ordered two T-shirts from this company on November 23, 2021. The website states "Orders are generally shipped in 1 day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive. Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours." One of the T-shirts I ordered was a birthday gift, and I needed to receive it by Dec. 21 at the latest. About a week and a half after I ordered, I checked the status and it said "pending. Awaiting shipment." I called the customer service number, and the owner said they had just moved their business and were behind. He promised my order would be shipped out the next Monday. A week later, I checked and it still hadn't shipped, so I called again. The owner was very argumentative, again gave me the story about moving the business and complaining that "nobody wanted to work anymore", but could not or would not check on my specific order. He said one of the T-shirts I ordered was a "new design" which for some reason would take longer. After he continued to argue with me, I hung up. He called me back and again promised my order would be shipped out the following Monday. When I checked again on Dec. 18, the order still hadn't shipped. I called again, and the owner was very rude, at one point yelling at me "Maam, its only a T-shirt!" I explained that it was a birthday gift. He complained about all the orders he had, but he wouldn't say if he fulfilled his orders as they came in. He offered to refund my money, but at that point, I was still hoping to get the T-shirt on time to give as a gift. Not getting any resolution, I hung up again. He again called me back and said he would make sure my order was completed and he would overnight it to me to arrive by Tuesday, Dec. 21. When I checked his website this morning, the order still says "pending, awaiting shipment."Customer response
