On October 14, 2023 my husband and I purchased a 2021 ********** ********* ***** for $18,999.00 from Joey (salesman) at Cole Chevy. Once we left the dealership and were traveling the interstate the vehicle was excessively vibrating. My husband called the salesman and he didn't really want to discuss the issue and said that he would speak with the service department on Monday and would call us back which he did not. The following Friday we had to replace two of the tires on the vehicle and the service tech at ******* stated that someone had driven an excessive distant on a flat tire. During the next couple of weeks more issues started to happen with the vehicle but the most troubling was the decrease in fuel mileage. On November 3rd my husband took the vehicle to a ********** service garage and the following issues were located: rear O2 sensor looks non **********, signs of impact under vehicle, converter has been cut out and replaced by muffler shop, rear bumper cover missing push pins, signs of collision repair (car fax shows no accidents), and the tech also found large seams between body panels, push pins missing from underhood padding, vehicle has been bottomed out made visible by undercoating on fuel tank and lower control arm. On Saturday November 4th my husband spoke with Brian the sales manager who stated that he would not pay for any repairs and that they do not know of any issues with vehicles that the dealership sales when asked why they were not made aware of the damage under the vehicle when their service tech changed the brakes Brian stated that their service department does not inform them of any issues with the vehicles that are being sold.Initial Complaint

On 7/20 I purchased a 2019 Ram with 65K miles. The 1st issue it did not have a towing package as advertised. They said they would have that added on at no cost its 8/31 and still no towing package. On 8/2 while checking on the towing package status the check engine light had came on and I reported it to the salesperson. I was told the towing package had not come in yet and nothing was said about the check engine light. We also thought it had an exhaust leak. On 8/13 I went to visit my parents out of town the electrical system went crazy and it would'nt go into drive just kept flashing codes and changing back to park by itself. We noticed a bunch of wires all hanging out under the dash. We had to have a rollback come get the truck and take it to Coles my parents had to drive us 2 hours home. We went to pick it up on 8/17 because they said it was fixed..it was a bad battery. I am a not a mechanic but knew it was not a bad battery. As soon as we got in the truck we noticed the wires were still hanging out under the dash. We started the truck and check engine light ...flashing codes,4x4 will not engage, once again would not go into drive switched back to park on its own. They returned it back to the service area 2 more times that day and each time we got in it and the check engine light was on. They found the exhaust leak and said it was fixed. They kept the vehicle. I made all efforts to follow up with them they said it was a seal in motor, it would be fixed by 22nd. No word on 22nd. I called on 23rd. I was told they needed to try to start it first thing on Wednesday morning to see if it was fixed while it was cold?? Still not fixed. They sent it to ***** ********* they said it was an injector would be another 7 days. I spoke to finance company 3 times and filed a complaint, they advised me at this point it was a safety concern and they could terminate the contract. They gave me the option to trade then sold the truck I chose. Customer service is a 0.Business response

Cole Chevrolet was able to contact the customer and they came in to look at a different vehicle. Cole Chevrolet traded the customer out of the Ram truck and into a different vehicle. We will follow up with the customer to make sure all is going ok with the new vehicle.Customer response
