Purchased Hearing Aids (Audible Intrigue AI 24 RT) from the store owner. He's continued to try to get these working since purchase on 12/19/2023 with no success. I simply want a refund since he did not have the ability to get them working. I returned these to the store on 3/11/2024.Business response

First and foremost, On March 18th, 2024, Hearing Solutions Services, inc. refunded the client's money. It should be noted that the client was in breach of contract as West Virginia law requires a 30 day right to cancel on each contract. The patient took delivery of the products on Dec 19th, 2023. A 2 week no money trial was extended to the client. On January 2nd the patient paid for the devices and noted he was hearing better. On March 7th, 2024 (78 days after receiving the product) the client emailed me with the intention of terminating his contract. And while the devices were working excellently, they were not up to the perceived success of the client. After contacting the manufacturer to see about getting a refund for the client, they reluctantly agreed to do so, even as the client was well beyond the trail period expiration date. A refund was issued minus a $125.00 per device fitting and restocking fee, $250.00 total. We now consider this matter closed and wish the client the best of luck. It is also noted that the client will receive $250.00 credit if he chooses to come back and try again.
