    I went to the logan country club with my daughter, ******* *******, on 10/30/2023 and paid the $500 down payment for the club to be the venue for my daughter's wedding scheduled on 1/27/2024. We were told to come back the next evening to tour the venue, see decorations, and discuss foods with the manager Kathy but no one was there. I called numerous times but couldn't reach anyone. I tried calling several times through the months of November and December and would either be told that Kathy would call me back, in which I never got a call back, or there was never an answer at the club. January 3, 2024 my daughter decided to change the venue so when I was able to reach Kathy and told her, she told me that she would issue me a refund. A week passed and I never heard from her so I started calling again, she then said she would try to get me half of my money back, I told her that's not what she had told me before and she said they don't issue refunds. I feel I am due a refund because for one I was told that I would be given my money back. I also feel it would have been better business if they had kept their appointment with us. They also should have kept in touch with us and made future appointments to make sure everything was taken care of, decorations, food choices, etc.
