Why is everyone covering up for is business especially when that have you sign a piece of paper for power of attorney papers giving them the power of the vehicle when something happens to you and especially taking advantage of the elderly and don't even have a driver's license either so if you go here just watch because they will run your credit through ************** ******* * *** which is against federal laws because they are saying two businesses are operating inom locationReview from MIKE H

I took a new 3500 dodge pro master van to them to fix bumper and finder I hit a deer they had my van for 5 months due to not able to get finder bracket they said mine was bent to bad to use I ask could I see the bracket they had already hauled it off for scrap they could not get me a bracket for 5 months they call said my van was ready went over there to get it it had tree sap all over it leaves piled on the windsheld dirty hand prints all over my head liner I had not had time to even put the equipment in my van it was that new I had only drove it 3 weeks then I let hem have it worst body shop I have ever done business with when I dropped it off I ask could they do a oil change she said yes when she call and said my van was ready I told them I could not pick it up so they had it anther ful day I ask if they could do the oil change she would have it another day she said no becouse they just had two people working so y didn’t they at least clean it up what a ***** job.Review from Leonard A

Sold me a car that had a loan on it in June of this year and my loan in September of this year made 2loans on it and was not registered with with DMV for over 15 months and made the payments so high I can't afford it and lied to me saying it was a 4 wheel drive then delivered it to me and said it was an all wheel drive but in fact it is a 2 wheel drive because I found the original paper work in the glove box with someone else's name on the registration card I just like to know how they are going to fix this issue they also took my insurance policy and put someone else's name on it to register at the dmvReview from Dean T

350 Ford Transit with Coachmen RV Buildout Brought in for oil change and state inspection, and requested they take a look at the Cummins RV generator while up on the rack, not to service it (Ford will not), but just see if it would start locally. I thought it might be a minor priming or fuel line problem. Its starter was fine, but the simple gasoline engine would not turn over. I was first told that they do not service vehicles like mine, to which I responded they have three times before. I was surprised that the service person did not know this, and did not know they service such vehicles. Then I was told I do not have an appointment, which I obviously knew. I responded that they may keep the vehicle as long as necessary. (The vehicle was ready that day.) I received one phone call telling me that the wire harness going to the generator appeared to be melted due to being too close to exhaust piping. And asking if I’d like it replaced and relocated. I thought it was a minor thing and a good thing to do, so I said yes. Like I said, its electric starter was fine, and I was experiencing no electrical problems. I knew the generator’s problem was not electrical. The service person says he told me the cost would be $725. I never heard that. Had I, I may have elected the work be done by Coachmen, under warrantee, given that the wire harness mis-location was their fault. Also, I would have definitely notified my wife of such a charge, had it been declared.Review from WILLIAM P

Great morning at Todd Judy got a good deal from a great very friendly salesman Evan, by the way give him a raise great guy. They are just like family there got to have lunch with them very good service.Also Tracy in finance very helpful in going over everything.Highly recommend.Review from Justin D

On Monday, June 19, 2023, I took my truck, a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado to Todd Judy Ford Charleston. The reason for my visit was to see if they would be interested in purchasing my vehicle. I made it abundantly clear that I was there to sell and not purchase. I also informed the salesman that the vehicle was recently paid off and the title had not been received yet but should see it in about 2-3 weeks. I was assured that was no problem. Eventually, I was able to get the pushy Manager to understand that he was not going to sell me a vehicle. Upon inspection and some discussion I was asked how much I would like to get out of my truck. I told them I’d like to get $36,000. After some discussion, Todd Judy Ford offered me $36,000. The offer was accepted. All paperwork was filled out and completed as a purchase, not a trade in. There was some apparent confusion by both parties, as the paperwork process concluded, I was told Todd Judy Ford would contact me within 48-72 hours. When I inquired why I was being contacted the lady said so I could come get my check. I was not leaving my vehicle unless I had a check in hand and Todd Judy Ford was not issuing a check without a Title. It was mutually agreed upon to place the completed paperwork in the shred box and I was to come back once I had the title in hand. On June 26, 2023, I received my title. It was on this day that I contacted the original Salesman that I had dealt with on the previous trip. I called and asked him to confirm with Management the offer still stood as I didn’t want to make a wasteful trip. About 15 minutes later, the Salesman called me back and said the offer was still good. My wife and I drove two vehicles to the location to finalize the deal. After about 45 minutes, the same pushy Manager came into the Salesman’s office and stated the original offer was based on Todd Judy Ford selling me a vehicle. I spoke to the on duty Manager and was informed the new offer was $30,000. Shady Business!Review from Angela T

I took my car to Todd Judy Ford Patrick Street for a front end alignment. They ended up breaking a bolt off and the control arm. Then proceeded to tell me that it was going to cost me over $1000. They would not negotiate with me. They are the ones that broke my car, they should be the ones that fix it. I filed suit in magistrate court and won by default. They never answered my complaint. Now they are not paying up. They are just not an honorable company to do business with..Review from Gary L

Bought a Ford EcoSport at the Patrick street store I was told there was a second key to it they would have to find it and get it to me I called 4 times could never get the salesman or anyone that would help, they also told me it was AWD a big selling point for me I kept asking them to show me where it said AWD they said that's the only way they come that or 4 wheel drive, I got stuck the other day on a gravel road I could tell the front tires were spinning when I got home I put the VIN number in Kelly bluebook it said it was front wheel drive I trade in my car every 2 years by far the worst dealership I have went to stay away from Todd Judy Ford!!!
