In February, 2023 I got my upper teeth pulled and fitted for an upper plate. They made a temporary plate that I wore until August. The new plate does not fit my mouth. I have gone back for at least 4 adjustments. I told them each time that they don't fit, they cut my left jaw when I try to chew, and they stick out in front like horse teeth. The problem is not getting fixed. I have to eat with my old plate and it makes my mouth sore also. I would like to return them-get the down payment back that I made in January of $652 plus a $200 payment and pay for the teeth that were pulled. I have attempted to return them but they refuse to take them.Business response

Needed dentures but had to have teeth pulled first. Dentist broke teeth while pulling. Went to see her again she refused to take out what was left. Said the gum would grow over them. She has an infection in one of them. Called their office explained her mouth hurt and her jaw was swollen. Asked for an appt was told the dentist can’t see her until Nov. 28. She explained that she couldn’t wait that long was told to go see primary care doctor. She went to an emergency office it is an infection. She is a diabetic was told if she didn’t get treatment infection could have moved to her heart. She was required to pay up front for dental services and has been in pain ever since. Can’t afford to go elsewhere. The temporary plates they made don’t fit right. She can’t chew because of pain and dentures not fitting right.Business response
