      On September 7, 2022 I gave Mr. Charlie Wilson $6665.00 as half down payment to incapsulate underneath my house. The total job was to cost $13330.00 and the other half was to be paid at the completion of the job. Mr. Wilson sent one worker to my home the clean up blow in insulation and never returned. The complete job was to include: •clean & remove all debris & blow in insulation •42”x190’ wall foam board wrap •white Tex poly liner •dimple matte •mold removal from wood •fill termite holes (drilled) •install joist braces throughout •install electric circuit for dehumidifier •6 vent blocks •6 pier wraps •2 - 2200 sq ft dehumidifiers •1 sump pump I have contacted Mr. Wilson since September 2022 to figure out when this job was going to be done and he always has an excuse why he hasn’t came and then gives a new start date in which he never shows up for. He has agreed to refund me in full but then never keeps that promise either. Please let me know how to recoop my money.

      Upon review of Mr. ******** request for refund and after several attempts to reschedule the job due to staffing and material shortage and personal health issues  I find it proper and acceptable to refund the full amount  at the customers place of business as he requests. We would request a receipt at that time .  Payment will be refunded on or before end of business 3/13/23. Charlie Wilson.

      Mr ******* and I were both out of town and wasn't clear if there was a way to get receipted.  I called and made arrangement with Mr . ******* today and he is restored and I have a signed receipt.  We have no further involvement.
