Our truck was bought from them new. The lifter supposedly went out in truck. We take it to their garage they supposedly fixed it. We paid 1,100 for said repairs. We had the truck 4 days and it happened again. We took the truck back and now has been in their garage for over 5 weeks. They called said it was ready showed up paid 700 and the truck didn’t even make it out of the parking lot and happened again. Now it’s going to be two more weeks before they will even look at the truck again. They will not give us a loner due to there not being a diagnosis on the truck. *** will not open case because there is no diagnosis on truck. We have been without a vehicle now for the whole summer. We have been paying our monthly payments on a vehicle that we don’t even have. We just want the truck fixed.
