(PP=Poppy Planning, LLC) ("Me", "us", or like terms refer to purchasers) Our first meeting took place July 5th, 2023 in Fairmont, WV. We travelled there and spent time discussing contractual obligations for planning our wedding and gave PP all of the information needed to fulfill those. PP created a folder in front of us with notes taken throughout the requested dinner meeting. PP let us know of many different vendors she would be reaching out to for quotes. We left that meeting on July 5th thinking our wedding was in competent hands. Timeline of communication: July 8th - I sent PP our contracts as requested so they could be added to our file. July 19th - I sent an email to PP inquiring if any of the quotes had been obtained that PP committed to working on. July 22 - PP sent me a generic menu from **** **** (This menu is listed online for everyone to see) and told me to get a list of items and they can get pricing. I told PP our menu was pulled pork and related sides when we met at dinner in person. PP also sent a shuttle service and stated she was waiting on tent quotes. July 23 - Hair and makeup quote is sent. August 3rd - Request 1 for catering/cake/tent pricing. August 8th - Request 2 August 10th - Request 3 August 15 - Request 4 via text August 16th - Request 5 - I also reminded PP of communication policy in contract. August 17 - PP finally responded stating: hadn't checked email in a few days due to getting rentals together for the weekend. August 29th - Request 6 September 27 - Request 7 October 14 - Request 8 via text October 15 - Request 9 via text October 16 - PP selling items on ******** marketplace so I message you via there. You answer within one day. You state you have quotes requested but have zero to show for three months of paid for services. October 17 - ******** message - no response October 23rd - ******** message - no response October 25 - Email and ******** message - no response October 27 - Email and ******** message - no response.
