I purchased a ********** ***** outdoor stove from *** **** owner of unlimited services llc on 12/17/21 for $13,100 that he installed with a grand total of $17,750 this stove has a lifetime prorated warranty and within 3 weeks of owning it got a crack the whole way thru the combustion chamber and texted him about it and was told he was going to turn the warranty in to *********** ****** ****** the marketing manager and he asked me if I could wait til spring when stove is shut down to take care of warranty work and I agreed then 2 weeks ago steve told me to get ahold of rob and rob won’t return my calls and texts so I try to get ahold of him on wife’s phone and he answered back told him it was me and nothing again if the lifetime prorated warranty is void I’m not interested in the stove anymore I spent $17750 that is a lot of $ I just want the $13100 back the stove costs and I will get another brand from another company that I hope can be more of a reputable company. I have all the conversations until no answer back from rob and Steven also stevens email is ************************ and another number for Rob shows ************* ** ******************** *******Business response

This customer David ***** we installed his *********r outside wood stove to his satisfaction on 12/17/2021 to heat his mobile home and a unfinished, uninsulated garage and after he ulitized it for the winter months and has stated that it did everything is should do for heating. He refractery brick in the bottom of the stove got two hair line cracks which he called me about and I told him I would get incontact with *********r. Which I did and they said it was absolutley normal it would not effect the operation of the stove. I told him this and did not like the response and decided to call *********r himself. They told him the same thing and they said they would send me cement to place over hair line cracks. Which I just received three days ago. I would be happy to go cement the brick but the customer is rude, and unsatified with any of the services we have tried to provide. His wood stove is in perfect working condition and nothing out of the ordinary.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I wanted the cracked section replaced and never heard back if u feel I was rude our conservation is posted on here you will have to point it out when u installed u said the customer support was second to none not getting any response back does not live up to those expectations. I reached out to the other dealer near me to ask if the heat in the combustion chamber will caus cracking issues and the response was they don’t ever have any. Paying $17750 for an outdoor stove to heat my living quarters I want a stove that will last and a company that will back it. The stove has did a great job heating but not staying together. Smearing concrete on outside of cracks is not quality showmanship for a company bringing it back to original is quality showmanship
