December 19, 2022, I started receiving unsolicited calls from Diamond Media Press (***** ******* Senior Author Advisor) claiming that a major publisher The ******* ****** house was "showing initial big interest to invest in your book." I checked out Diamond Media Press on the Writer's Beware website & they had Diamond Media Press on the list of companies to stay away from & not do business with them. Therefore, we sent Diamond Media Press an email telling them that we declined their offer. Well, for the next 2 days, Diamond Media Press continued to call me all day long. I did not answer, so they sent me a text Tuesday 12-27-2022 telling me that my book had reached the attention of the ******* ****** House publisher and that for $399.00, I could grab up this opportunity for my book. Again, on Wednesday 12-28-2022, I told ***** ****** of Diamond Media Press by text that I decline their offer & would never pay them to represent my book. Well, she then sent me a boat load of text insults, telling me that nobody in the marketplace were interested in purchasing my 26 books that I have written over the past 13 years. And, how I was a nobody in the book business stating that I had not established myself as an author. Anyway, there was insult after insult. I asked her, "Well, why do you keep trying to contact us. I'm glad to see your true attitude before we made any type of commitment with you." I told her to do us a favor, do not make any attempt to contact us. She then kept telling me that nobody knows me & my books but my family and friends. Finally, we told her that our legal representative had advised us to report her and Diamond Media Press to the Better Business Bureau if she persisted in harassing us. Diamond Media Press appears to be very desperate and aggressively trying to sell their packages. I am not sold on their pitch that they have a major publisher interested in your books. This company has been calling me from a ***** ******** number and harassing me multiple times a week for at least the past 3 months. I never gave them my information and I'm on the "so not call" list. I've answered the call and explained that I'm not interested and to please stop calling me. Yesterday they called again, the girl on the phone indicated that they have never called before that that's the first time calling - I explained that I have answered and asked them to remove me from their list at least 4 - 5 times over the past month and yet they keep calling. She tried to talk over me and explain that they were "very interested in my book" couldn't even tell me what the title of the book was. After I got off the phone with her, I decided to call back and see if I could get a hold of someone else - or some kind of manager to hopefully, finally get me off this list. I called back and they immediately greeted my call with my name - totally disturbing since, again, I never gave this company any of my information. I was told there was no manager and I would be taken off the list. Today, at 11am, I received another call - from the same person. It feels like it will never end.Customer response

I received multiple calls a day since Monday September 19 and then with each time after the 5 call she left a message giving false information on a book that I supposedly published. She did have my name and phone number which is NOT published. I finally gave up today and answered the phone today and listened to a 16 minute talk on a supposedly this book I had. I explained how I didn't want to entertain it and she rudely talked over me and didn't want to listen to me.Customer response
