C & G showed up after two and half hours (2:30 PM) in response to my AAA road service request initiated at 12:00 PM on 5/8/2022. 1. The driver wwas rude and lazy (did not came out of the truck to assess the situation). He told me he won't take me in the truck to the repair shop that the car was being towed to, AAA's policy is that one person can ride on the truck to the car's destination, He said he had nothing to do with AAA and he does not care. 2. He would not give me any instructions. I never had a car towed before, He yelled at me and said shut of the car why is it on? He kept telling me to break . I kept telling him the emergency break is on, He raised the car up whitout giving me a chance to take my belongings out of the car or roll up the windows. I had to speak very loudly for him to let me get my stuff. He said he will put the key somewhere. I told him there is an opening on the door and to lock the care and drop the key inside the shop from the opening, 3. I had to take uber to go home. I must be refunded for that. SInce I did not trust him I took a cab and went all the way to Cambridge to check on my car. As I suspected . The car was unlocked and the keys were in it with part of my belongings in it. 4. I called C & G .The woman who answered the phone did not want to hear me and dismissed me by saying he no longer works there. And I was tieing up their phone lines. I asked for a supervisor and she said there is non and hung up. I called her back and told her the business will be reported to BBB. I want $45 back which is my Uber and Taxi rides
