We had nothing but issues from the start with this company. It’s ran by one man, he was rude to us from the start. He ended up terminating his contract with unfinished work. The work that was completed, was very poor quality. He still expected payment. He asked us to pay him early once so he could make payroll. His employees destroyed my hardwood floors with the ladders and tools being tossed down on them then told me “he would not buy one box of flooring to fix it, I couldn’t prove it was them, and that our floors were just junk.” After I reviewed his work publicly, he quit and said the bad review created a hostile work environment. Would absolutely not recommend this man or company to anyone and would be aware of the lengths he will go to not be held responsible for his poor workmanship.

Our company prides itself in quality work and craftsmanship. We have officially been in business since 2019 and have years of experience in this field prior to going into business. This is the first negative comment or review that our company has ever received and it is unfortunate. All customers sign a construction agreement contract before work begins outlining the details and procedures of the scope of work. Due to the customer breaching their contract multiple times, posting a false representation of company standard by showcasing incomplete work, inappropriate scheduling demands, and public defamation of character this company was unfortunately left with no other option other than to terminate the agreement. This company provided multiple resolutions to any complaints with no avail and went above and beyond to try to make this customer happy with their product. All termination was legally done and the customer refused to pay their balance for work completed up to the date of termination of their contract and refused to pay for other work that was agreed upon along with their final building materials balance. Our company has now lost thousands of dollars on this project along with future revenue opportunities due to the false allegations that have been made by the client. We have all of the documentation to validate our case and response. We just hope that future customers continue to be happy with our quality work and customer service.
