I ordered 4 shirts from this company for my kids baseball league, when I received them all 4 shirts were spelled incorrectly! I reached out to business on April 17th to advise incorrect spelling and was told that they would be corrected! I didn’t hear anything else, I called back a few weeks later as our season was almost over and I still had not received shirts and was advised that our league representative was supposed to pick them up(according to messages below, they were supposed to drop them off to her), I have contacted this business 3 times now by telephone and have been told owner would be contacting me to initiate refund as our season is over and I spent $120,& I no longer need these shirts, the girl I spoke too said she had reminded him to call, if I didn’t hear anything to call back…. Still nothing. Now when I try to call phone rings immediately to voicemail with message that voicemail is full unable to leave message. Our season is over, I no longer need these shirts, I would just appreciate a refund. Thank you!Initial Complaint

I ordered shirts for my grandsons baseball team with his name and number on them. The name was misspelled on the shirt, I’ve been trying to get this corrected since April 16th. I’ve been told for weeks now that the owner would be contacting me since I requested a refund due to the season being over. I still have not received a call from the owner on this matter. I have copies of emails but responses are days apart.Business response

Black Bear Customs, LLC is a contract printer. We print for organizations, online retailers, and other larger groups. We recently printed an order for a baseball league. There were two mistakes. Those mistakes were corrected, and a voicemail was left with the league's coordinator on April 26th that the new garments were completed and ready for pick up. No response was received.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I disagree with this response.
I am the one that contacted the company for a mistake they made on my purchase. The league person had nothing to do with this. I was never contacted when the shirts were completed with multiple email communications you would think they could’ve told me they were completed. The league had nothing to do with it at this point.
Also more than 2 mistakes were made proof is in the attachment. I ordered these shirts online through a link, the only thing the league had anything to do with it was to pick up the bulk order and distribute the first time.
