      Like so many, the service we get from Morgan sanitation is probably the worst of any business I have ever dealt with. They never run on a regular schedule, if they run at all. When you call them they are so rude and degrading that they make YOU feel bad for complaining. Complaining about the services they are paid to do. They know they have no competition, so they, as the woman in their office told me, "couldn't care less" about complaints. Kinda sums it up to a tee!! Oh, and even with this horrible service, they want to INCREASE the monthly fee!!

      This lady called being so rude to me I told her that I was just an office worker.  I told her that if she was missed yesterday, I was coming back that way today and I would look for her.  she kept telling me that she was calling public service and I replied that I would receive an email that I work close with them to get problems resolved.  she then said to me that I was very unprofessional, and I didn't care about people.   I replied with I am trying to help you all I can do is come back today and get you. she then hung up on me.  to my knowledge I got everyone on this run with a sticker.   I have even googled earth this location and I in fact got every one in this location.

      Morgan Sanitation has not picked up my trash since the beginning of September and I have paid up up until December. I have called them multiple times and they said they would get it but still haven’t up until this point and time(October 30, 2023). I have been in the hospital recently and have health issues that make it difficult for me to move around freely. My trash has been piling up and now animals have got into it and caused a mess in which I cannot clean up because of my condition.

      the issue was Ms. ******* did not have a sticker and I did in fact take 2 months off her account.   She just called the office a week ago to get the problem resolved.  If she had been left 2 months she would have called before now, but I still gave her credit for the months she said she was missed.

      This is the only garbage service in the area for one. Secondly another service can’t come in due to some sort of county rules from my best understanding. I pay this service monthly and routinely our garbage isn’t picked up. Today I called to ask why and the lady said because we don’t have a sticker for their service. Mind you, we’ve paid them for YEARS. We’ve requested new stickers and it’s been roughly a year since we’ve had one, they never get sent. I’m really tired of waiting near the road for whenever the truck does run 10am-2am to catch the driver (whoever it may be that week) to prove we are paying customers!! We have no other trash service in the area and no choice but wait on Morgan Sanitation to come by or keep passing us. I spoke to a lady today that told me she would mail a sticker but didn’t know if it would be here by pick up next week. I said so I’m paying you for a service that I don’t get because you aren’t providing a sticker that you require for your service.

      IN RESPONCE TO THIS LADY'S COMPLAINT.  WE ALWAYS SEND STICKERS WHEN SOMEONE CALLS.  IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ALWAYS MAKE SURE THEY HAVE A STICKER.  WE, LIKE ANY OTHER BUSINESS DO HIRE NEW PEOPLE FROM TIME TO TIME AND IF A NEW DRIVER GOES OUT AND DOES NOT SEE A STICKER THEY WILL NOT PICK UP.  WE PULL STICKER'S WHEN AN ACCOUNT IS PAST DUE OR SOMEONE QUITS.  I DID INDEED TALK TO THIS LADY ON THE PHONE AND I DID TELL HER THAT HER STICKER MAY NOT ARRIVE BEFORE WE RAN BUT I WOULD HAVE A NOTE SHOWING SHE WAS A CUSTOMER UNTIL SHE GOT HER STICKER. I DID IN FACT GET HER TRASH WHEN I RAN.  I HAVE COUNTINUED TO PICK HER UP EVERY WEEK.  WE DO NOT HAVE A SET TIME IN WHICH WE RUN. THINGS HAPPEN WE ARE HUMAN, TRUCKS DO BREAK DOWN, PEOPLE GET SICK AND ETC. BUT WE DO STRIVE TO PICK CUSTOMER'S UP ON THEIR REGULAR DAY.

      I started trash services at Morgan Sanitation 3 weeks ago. I’ve made 2 monthly payments already and they have not picked my trash up the first time yet. I have called and called them and just keep getting told he will be back in your area again on Saturday. This is unacceptable when I’ve done my part and paid them. My account number is ******

      In response to this complaint, at the time this lady signed up the original driver got killed in a horrible accident and I did have to hire a driver and helper to replace the employee we lost.  They have to have time to learn the areas.  I started this ladies service for September 2023.  She has credit that pays her thru October 2023.  I have spoken to her son a few times and apologized for the recent misses, and it is not our intention to miss them.  I have googled earth the location and went over this area with the guys.

      We are always up to date on our bill although the trash truck never comes. It has been over a month since our trash was picked up but they insist we pay $1.25 per extra bag of trash after 8 bags. My garbage cans are spilling over, animals are getting in it and they will not answer the phone. They need to be completely shut down. This is ridiculous.

      We have had so many issues with getting our trash picked up. Trash is included in our rent. We have been told at one point they were advised by the DOH to not cross a drain pipe there for they were unable to get our trash for 2 weeks, you don’t have to cross that drain pipe to get into our drive way. Now we are currently going on 3 weeks with no trash pick up. They did run for half of the hollar friday and said they needed to empty the truck and come back after to get the remaining of the hollar which they have yet to do. I myself have called them multiple time to know when the truck will be running and get told “they always run on Tuesday mornings” which is a lie as they run when they want no matter the day or time if they even run at all.

      We may get lucky and our trash is picked up every 2 to 3 weeks.suppose to be picked up every Tuesday that doesn’t happen. I have bear problems the bear has already got into my trash several times just about destroyed my trash bin had to pay to get it fixed. I call Morgan sanitation they say they’re running that day never show.. they already have a rating of D-. Plus my trash is included in the rent to ******** land company. This issue needs fixed or we need a new trash company. Right now we are on our 3rd week of no trash pickup

      For six months we paid our bill and every week we sat our garbage out but our garbage wouldn't be picked up. Animals would tear it out and we would have to rebag it then end up paying landfill fees to haul it off to the local dump. After six months I finally got a hold of someone at Morgan's. We were told their truck could no longer make it to our bin but yet they never called to tell us. They kept letting us pay our bill every month. On June 10, 2022 we were promised a refund of $100. Here it is 12/18/2022 and we still have not received our refund. This company is a joke.

      We have struggled with them to do their job and pick up our trash for 6 to 8 months now. We pay our bill monthly and it's supposed to be picked up once a week. And for months now they go weeks on weeks before coming to get the trash. We then have so much piled up it gets tore up by birds and animals and grows maggots. I have exhausted every way to fix the problem and its not getting solved. I call and ask and no one ever gives me a answer to why they don't come weekly or on time. I am fed up with sitting my cans out for pickup and then it doesn't get picked up. It's our entire community where we live that never gets trash picked up. They are not a very good business. I have called and asked other local trash companies to take over my house and am told oy morgan sanitation has rights up here and they aren't allowed. So I need help on if I can onmy pay one company to come get my trash why can't they seem to do their job. The entire community is fed up and wants a new garbage company. I am very tired of cleaning up trash and maggots because they never come on time. Today we're over 2 weeks of waiting for this load of trash to be picked up. Thank you so much.       I have called Ms. ****** on 2 occasions, the first of which was quite pleasant, in which she stated that she had encountered some missed pickups over the last several months. After I received the BBB complaint, I again called her and we discussed the issues at that time. I had also learned through our office that her grandmother, ***** ******* had sent hers and Ms. ******'s garbage fees in one check with no other names or account numbers so Mrs. ****** had received full credit for the payment which made Ms. ****** delinquent and created some missed pickups for supposed non-payment.

      Our company has hired or attempted to hire 6 different drivers since June 2, 2022, to replace one who died on that date, and one who retired, and one who found employment elsewhere. Losing these 3 drivers happened within a 3-week period. Hiring is only one part of the process since drivers must learn their routes and become familiar with the areas in the 3 counties we serve.

      Additionally, it is true that we do have breakdowns with our trucks that is beyond our control. There are times we must travel out of state to secure parts with which to repair them. Subsequently, repairs can take some time.

      I again called Ms. ****** on 9/1/22 and she confirmed that her garbage has been picked up every Wednesday for the last 3 weeks and she has no further issues. She has my phone number to call me if any further issue arise.

      Trash service is paid up for the year. They are to make weekly runs, but hardly make it regularly. They always have an excuse that their truck is broke down or something in that nature. Our entire community is begging for a more dependable service for our area. Trash keeps piling, yet if someone doesn't pay them for a month they don't run, they cut you off. Please help! It is becoming unsanitary for many in our area.

      I called Ms. ****** today and she stated that she had encountered some missed pickups over the last several months. Ms. ****** is the aunt of ******* ****** under ID ******** and they live between 1/4 and 1/2 mile of each other, according to Ms. ******.
      Our company has hired or attempted to hire 6 different drivers since June 2,
