On approximately February 12, 2023, I placed a service request through ******** **** ****** (***) for $125 deposit. A technician from Brick Street Plumbing came to conduct a diagnostic exam on the issue soon after. A diagnostic report was sent to *** on approximately February 23, 2023 stating the issues that needed to be fixed, the costs, and that it would be an out of pocket expense. The issue is that *** has explained that they need an updated report stating why it would be an out of pocket expense because it appears to be normal wear and tear from what was provided on the 2/23/22 report. Repairs for normal wear and tear is covered under my contract. The complaint is with both *** and Brick Street Plumbing because I have not received any communications on status from *** and have had to call multiple times to be told every time that an email would be sent to the contractor. I did receive a call from a supervisor after I requested it and was told an email would be sent. I have been in communication with Brick Street Plumbing explaining what *** has told me and still no results. Before today I last called Brick Street on 4/4/23 and was told a supervisor and/or manager would call me and contact *** and neither has happened as of today. The issue in my home is a leaking pipe and faucet which is causing damage to cabinets and drywall.
