I had placed an order back on September 27, 2021 for $143.36 and my order ID is 2856. The tracking number is ************* and was suppose to track it on this website https://*********************. The website was not helpful at all and a month had passed and still didn't receive my package. Customer service representative told me that it would be delayed and would follow up with me. They never followed up and I had to communicate with them. I have been disputing my package for a couple months and finally decided to refund the money, but when I tried to do the refund customer service did not cancel the order. I then spoke with another representative over email, because they don't answer the phone that is on the website and I asked for the refund but then the representative told me that they can send the package which was way over due. I asked for a refund and my package but Dawn A****** said they would be able to resend the package and 80% of my refund. I then received a new tracking number ************* to track on *********** and this was towards the end of January 2022. Since I never received my package I asked for the refund and they accepted to keep $7 only and return me $136.36. The email was from March 07, 2022 where I asked for the refund and the representative told me by email the same issue that I would receive my money is 15-30 days and I follow up with them because they won't. So when I followed up after I didn't receive my money. I reached out to them on March 29, 2022 regarding the refund and they told me that it was a busy season and the finance department was processing it. I then followed up about a week after that and they answered me with the same situation. Til this day I never received anything back. I go by they since I'm not sure if its Dawn A****** or if someone else answers my emails, I don't ask for names because they don't answer my question. They lied to the customer and apparently the customer is never right to them.
