1. “We guarantee we will fix the issue and it will stay fixed for a year or you don’t pay a dime.”
Based on the Warranties or Guarantees section of the BBB's Code of Advertising, BBB recommended adding a statement to the website explaining the complete details of the “fixed for a year” guarantee.
2a. “If you’re not satisfied, we guarantee that we will send out another technician or refund 100% of
the money you paid to us.”
b. “QUALITY ASSURANCE With our consumer protection plan if you aren't happy with your service
we will return your money. If you aren't happy you don't pay.”
3. “Lowest Price Guarantee”
Based on the Warranties or Guarantees and Price equaling, meeting competitors’ prices sections, BBB recommended adding any material and significant conditions that apply to the company’s best price guarantee to the website for consumer review. This should include any evidence the consumer must present to take advantage of the offer.
