            On Friday December eighth, I bought 4 matching tires from po boys tires. I made it home and turned off my car, and when I turned it on the next day my brake light was on, my abs light, slip light, as well as the vdc off light. I noticed that the tires they sold me didn't match what the tires I had. The ones I had were 265-65-17, and the tires they put on are 245-70-17. I've been sitting at their store waiting for their boss to show up to talk to me about a refund. They told me they'd be here soon, and after an hour told me they don't know and they will get here when they get here. I recently had my brakes changed, less than two months ago. And they started telling me that it was a brake problem and not the tires. When I bought the car I was informed of a 7 day warranty, and they are not honoring it

            This business is horrid when it comes to providing you with what you actually need. Anytime I came to get tires here they try to sell you tires bigger than what your car allows and give false information to customers just to get money I was told I’d get a refund if I kept my receipt and when I came to get my refund, I was told all sales are final which was on the receipt but if I’m being told that I can get a refund and that’s not the case why am I being lied to staff was very rude and showed . no type of empathy to my situation. Despite them telling me I could not be refunded for bringing back the tires that would not fit my car. They only gave me $10 out of the 60 that I paid for them.
