Had my car detailed on 5/5/2022. While the car was in the garage my car battery died. When pulling my car from the garage, my drivers side door frame was damaged. It was brought to my attention with promises that it would be fixed. I did not press the insurance issue at the time because I thought it would be taken care of. I have sent multiple texts and called twice trying to get this resolved. I am driving around with plastic over my window so it does not rain in my car. I have gotten two estimates for my car being anywhere from 2500-3000. If they are not willing to do the right thing would like my 250.00 deductible. Lastly, I did pay 175.00 for the detail and they gladly took my payment.Initial Complaint

I took my car in to have it cleaned on 9/3/21. He had to for 4 hours. I went to pick it up. Their was a ding on my door from the pole in his garage he told me didn’t do it but I have pictures where it was parked with the door up again that pole in his garage. Also he told me nothing would go untouched. He also put my mats in wet my carpet was wet. He didn’t clean any of my back seat all. I ask for money back and he told me would give it back I have all the messages for that also told me to wait til Thursday 9/9/21 I waiting then he told me to come on 9/10/21 at 3:30 I went both times and he wasn’t there. I need a refund and my door fixed.
