UPDATE: September 2023, BBB continues to receive complaints from consumers alleging to not receive their orders. The current address on the company website is 312 W 2nd St, Casper, Wyoming 82601. Past addresses have included WV, VT and two in CA. None of which were able to receive mail for the Stocktee. The company continues to only open emails for customer reviews but not open emails for complaints.

If you have ordered from Stocktee.com and not received your purchase, BBB is unable to pursue a complaint without a valid address, so we suggest you contact:

Also, you may want to dispute the charges with your credit/debit card.

Since June 2020, BBB has received several complaints, customer reviews and Scam Tracker reports against Stocktee. At first, the complaints stated the items received were not what the consumer had ordered and Stocktee reps responded to BBB for some of the complaints.

After a few months, the tone of the complaints changed. Consumers alleged their payments were taken, however their orders were not received. One complainant stated he had paid extra for faster shipping. Some consumers stated they were emailed a tracking number, however when attempting to track the package, it was found the tracking number did not exist. The company has stopped responding to the BBB.   

Whois.com shows the website, stocktee.com, was registered on 10-28-2019, but the registrant information is hidden.

As of March 3, 2021, the address shown on the website is 19027 Spruce River Road, Jeffrey, West Virginia 25114, United States. This has been identified as a residence. The owner has affirmed they are not associated with the company in any way. BBB has learned of two previous addresses used on the website. In October 2020, the address used was 1170 Coventry Street, Newport, Vermont 05855. This was also identified as a residence and the owner has specified they have no connection with the company. In January 2021, the address used was 814 Mission Street, Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94103. BBB visited this location and confirmed the building, as well as the offices on the 6th floor, are all closed.

The customer reviews found on the company’s website are identical, including images, to another clothing website. Two Facebook pages were found for Stocktee. The page manager locations were Vietnam, Germany and Brazil.

BBB warns any consumer to do research prior to completing online shopping transactions when shopping with a company for the first time. When in doubt, ask family, friends or your local BBB for further assistance!
