      I placed an order on May 25 for a brake booster for my car. I was reached out to by **** to take my payment info and get the order details straight. The last correspondence from him was June 15th. I emailed asking for the status of the order, and was told he would check on it and get back to me. That was the last time I have heard from him. I did not want to bug him, but I did reach out on June 26th and received no response. Same on June 29th. Now its July 13th, and I still haven't heard anything. I do not know how to get in touch with him, or the company. The original website ( usapartssupply.com ) has a defunct phone number listed. In our initial email correspondence, **** had told me they were transitioning to a new website/company named classicusaparts.com. He gave me a new phone number for the company, ************. I've tried calling that number. Nobody answers and I am unable to leave a message because it says it cannot transfer me, so it terminates the call.I spent upwards of $300 for this part, and I am currently ghosted by this company.1) Both phone numbers (old and new) do not work.2) **** is not answering his emails, and I do not have another email to try.3) The old website is currently for orders only. Contact info is obsolete.4) The new website is still showing as under construction so its unusable.I don't want to burn my relationship with this company because I like what they do. But I've been ghosted for a month now, and I'm starting to worry my money was taken and I'm not going to receive what I paid for. The customer service has been terrible, because they have made it impossible to contact them.
