Yes I brought a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 truck from Cherry Lane Auto Sales Tony **** was the one who sold it to me and he told me that he had bedliner installed on Truck. After I got Home notice that bed was rusted into under driver brake light so I look truck over and seen Rocker panel was rusted on passenger side. I went back the next day and ask them to fix it but they would not. So Each month that I made payment I ask them to Fix but they would not. So at start of this year I stop Payments To save up Money to Replace Bed and Get Rocker Arms Fix due to state Inspection. And After Looking Under BedLiner that Tony **** Had Installed On Truck I Found Out Why He Had It Installed. It Would Have Never Sold Off Lot Because Damage Would Have Been Seen As Soon That You Look It Over But BedLiner Was A Cover Up Of Damage's So That They Could Sale And I Am The One Who Was Deceived. I Have Picture's To Show what IM Talking about That I'm Sending With This Complaint.

The 2011 Chevrolet Silverado was sold on 05/19/2020. The warranty on the truck was a 30 day or 1,000 miles powertrain warranty only! Cherry Lane Auto Sales is the lienholder of the truck. The issue with the rust was never mentioned until Mr. ******* received his right to cure letter to repossess the truck. Mr. ******* is $5,666.04 past due and hasn't made a payment since December 17,2021. Mr. ******* has failed in his obligation in the contract to make his monthly payments therefore the truck was repossessed. Cherry Lane wants reimbursed for any repossing fees, damage, lawyer fees and court costs.
