Mo showed me a fake **** ***** report on the car I bought. The one he showed me was a screenshot and it said ZERO accidents. TWO previous owners. I informed him that the horn and AC didn’t work. He told me it was a fuse. So I checked the fuses after I got home and that wasn’t the issue. So I took it to a shop for them to take a look at it and fix those two issues. I was then informed they wouldn’t be able to fix the AC because it was in a really bad wreck prior to me buying the car. Apparently the car was ruled “total loss” by the previous owner’s insurance. I tried to get Mo to send me the **** ***** report and he said he didn’t have it. Then informed me he already told me TWO previous owners and ONE wreck. Well my mom bought the actual ****** report. This is false. One he never told me about a wreck or I wouldn’t have bought it. Two there have been FOUR previous owners. How does he not know that? If he was showing me something factual the he would know the correct details regarding accidents and previous owners. I can’t get him to return any calls or texts. He sold me the car in West Virginia but the title was a Virginia title as was the inspection. The collision mechanic told me he was supposed to have it inspected before selling the car and that I would have been given a salvage title. In order to for me to even drive the car, I have to pay $6,000 to have the frame repaired. I paid $5,600. I want to be refunded for the car AND the repairs. This should not have even happened. Let alone happen to anyone else ever again. I already spent $442 to have the horns replaced. The body work has yet to be done. But I think he should reimburse me for all loss. I literally have no car right now. I’m having to burrow other peoples cars and catch rides and WALK to work.

       Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: the provided response is not accurate in its entirety. I have the screenshots of the conversation him and I had. I also have the FULL AND ACCURATE ****** report. I was never offered the chance to get the vin to check the ****** myself. He never told me there was an accident. I want to return the car and get my refund for what I paid and the repairs Ive made to the car. Point blank this car did not have a current inspection. It still had the inspection from the previous owner. Therefore Mo never had the car inspected. The title wasnt even in his name. Or his business name. It was still in the insurance company name that named the car totaled. And he wouldnt even allow me to look over the title before purchase. The point is he showed me a fraudulent auto check report. The report shown to me stated no accidents. Also I'm a female. He keeps referencing me as him, and that's just disrespectful. In order for him to sell me the car from West Virginia he should have had a WEST VIRGINIA inspection. Which shows me he doesn’t even know how bad the damages to the car are.  The car is beyond repair. We were originally quoted for a $6k repair to the frame however now the collision specialist mechanic said it would cost way more than that to even BEGIN to ATTEMPT to fix it. And even then the cars frame dams ge has already been compromised. This is not a safe car. If he was such an honest person he would allow me to return the car. He can’t legally sell me an “as is” car WITHOUT disclosing that the car was deemed total loss due to the frame **** he caused by the second reported accident. I just want my money back. I can’t get the car inspected. It isn’t safe to drive. I can’t transport my 3 kids or my grandparents in this vehicle. Not to mention the missing hardware from the front end of the car. This is an attempt to amicably solve the problem before litigation. It hasn’t even been 30 days. It wasn’t even two weeks when I contacted him regarding my attempt at him sending me the **** ***** report that he showed me. Which he allegedly no longer is in possession of. Things don’t add up. And this probably isn’t the first time someone has fallen victim to this business. I’m probably just the foster one to take a stand.

      Regards,
