Yes, during the dates of 09/13-09/18 (per the attached invoice), we had elected to board our two beloved pet Conures, namely (***********) with the subject boarder based upon their credentials and past positive experiences, however one of our pets (****) upon pick-up seemed to be subdued and the Staff present that day for some reason had seemed sheepish. Furthermore, the subject business has a policy that if a customer boards up to two pets, that a 20% discount should apply, and our pets respectfully take up such little space, and relatively require little upkeep and interaction. Additionally we had received a half day discount for pick-up, but not for drop off. i.e. we were charged a full day for drop-off, but our pets were only boarded half day upon drop off. Thus, we feel entitled to a $30 credit and 20% discount based upon having 2 pets boarded.
