This company was hired to redo my master bathroom. Company requested full payment up front. I paid in full ($6875.00) on May 16, 2022. As of today, my bathroom still has not been completed. I have been given several completion dates then the workers never show up. Most of the time, I am never even told that they aren't coming. There's all kinds of excuses given to me when I contact the owner, Ben V*****. Last week, only 6 hours of work was completed and it was done incorrectly. They completely covered my vent with flooring so now there's no heat or AC getting through the bathroom. Ben V***** said he would come today. He was a no show. When I questioned him, I and my children were accused by Ben V***** of kicking his workers off my property while yelling racial slurs. I just want the work to be done and would've let the workers in to do so but no one showed up to work. My oldest son is nonverbal and unable to threaten or yell at anyone so this story is a complete lie. I keep getting told that workers will show up or they have shown up but they haven't. It's been 6 weeks and my bathroom still isn't completed. The company has received payment in full.
