got a new roof and gutters put on, nothing but problems since day one As a homeowner I am unable to recommend this company to anyone! They won't repspond to emails, calls, nor text, and since the first day of installation there have been nothing but catastrophic failures of my roofing and gutter system. They're neglecting to even come look at the water damage as a result of their ****** installation and failures have caused. Not to mention they sent my loan to the loan company without my final authorization with a voicemail to confirm it. please watch the 9 sec video, ****************************************************Business response

Please see attachment in response to this complaint. We've gotten 2nd opinions for both the roof install and the gutter install as is procedure if there's a complaint ever registered with us about our work. Both 2nd opinions came in as not a roof install problem nor a gutter install problem. Client offered an opinion on what he thought would fix the problem and we obliged. Just this roofing season, client called to see if we were going to address his damages reported and we agreed to put the steps together to repair the damages.Initial Complaint

We contracted with Modern Renovations to install a new shingle roof in February 2021. Within the last few months we noticed some visual issues with roof that caused concern. We examined the interior through crawl space and noticed black mold. We have had two different licensed roofing contractors inspect the roof and both have stated that the roof was not properly ventilated and therefore it is causing the mold and damage. They both stated the roof would need to be completely replaced. We would like the roof replaced completely or refunded so we can have it replaced. We have reached out to the company multiple times and have not received a response outside of they will submit a work order.Business response
