I purchased a **** ********** Lancer Evolution automobile from Paradise Motor Company on March 3, 2021 for the sum of $*****. I also incurred hundreds of dollars in costs related to the insurance that I need to keep on the car, as well as fuel and trailer rental required to drive approximately 12 hours round trip to purchase the vehicle. At the time of purchase, I was sent home with incomplete paperwork and needed to wait to receive a temporary license plate and the paperwork to register the car since the *** had closed. To make a long story short, I have not been able to register the car in ** where I live during the previous 10 months that I have had it in my posession. The car has sat idle in my driveway since the temporary plat expired in May, as it is illegal to drive unregistered. Paradise Motor Company is completely at fault for my inability to register the automobile and their principals have admitted such. First the paperwork they supplied did not include a title. Months later I received a duplicate title, however when I attempted to register it again, the ** *** told me that the title is incorrect. Now, months after having appealed to the ******** *** where the car was originally titled, I am still waiting. I told Paradise Motor Company that the car has been utter useless to me and that I am in need of the money that I have tied up in the vehicle. I explained that I would like my money back months ago and that it would be the right thing to do since this has all been out of my control. Yet, they will not step up to do the right thing and their only apparent solution is for me to keep waiting without the use of the car that I bought almost a year ago. They have had use of my ***** for the last 10 months so I think it's only fair for them to recompensate me plus costs and interest.
