    I went to Aspen for dentures. When doing the temporary dentures they struggled to make them and even get them to fit because they didn't have a mold in the office small enough for my mouth. So I never got to use the temporary ones. They said the permanent ones would be able to fit better they can do more with them. Come time to get my permanent ones they make them and dr even says herself they need pediatric size. I'm adult but I'm smaller then most of my kids I'm child size myself. They made my dentures now they don't fit cause pain. I've had to go through pain and suffer as well as the mental and emotional I've had to deal with not having teeth they are too big and aspen refuses to make news ones keep telling me adjustments need made and make adjustments and I still end up in pain in my mouth headache. Can barely bite food and fit food in my mouth with the dentures. It's been a year now and they still aren't making it right I was just there again today adjustments made but never new dentures I need. I just wanted new ones made or money back. I've had to live in a hotel over a year with my 5 offspring I don't have money to throw around and be screwed out of. Not to mention now they can't eat unless dinner is made so I can eat being in a hotel and hotplate limited food as it is to make to eat with no teeth. Now they have to eat the same things over and over so I can eat as well and not making 2 dinner and taking hours with a hot plate in a hotel room. The amount of stress and suffering alone from this is more then I need right now let alone the judgment others want to put on me just because I don't have teeth all they need to do is make new ones but I'm suffering and my family because they won't do their jobs.

    I only came to them because they were within my network. Apparently, they are not? I have started to receive a bill for a tooth cleaning I received while there. I was told I needed to come in for a tooth cleaning, and I did. Apparently, the person who performed the cleaning on me was not within my network and when I called my insurance to figure this all out, I told them that I did not have a choice in the matter; I was NOT given a choice of who to clean my teeth. They sent me to a room and someone walked in. And not I am stuck with the bill for that cleaning, and they are refusing to communicate with my insurance to sort the matter out. I am also getting a bill for a procedure that my insurance has said over and over that they will pay in full once they receive the x-rays. It has been 6 months and my insurance has not been able to get them to send them the x-rays. I have called numerous times asking if they have sent them yet, and they said that they were 'pending'. when I asked them what that meant, they said, and I quote, "I don't know." My insurance sent me a letter saying they have exhausted efforts in retrieving the x-rays and have suggested I try for them since they are refusing to send the x-rays in. I have called to let them know they will get paid when they do, and they have refused. I have been told the office manager will call me and they never have. I have called numerous times to speak to them, and they are never there or around. Their billing department system was down to 2.5 months, and the manager said they would call me back when they were back up, and they never did. I have been swindled out of money from these people who are refusing to show any effort on their end to fix and have left me with bills I am not responsible for as I have done my job to make sure I've done everything I needed to do on my end. They are refusing to work towards a solution and is costing me lots of money to make up for. An internal review needs to be done on this dentist
