I was in the store shopping at the hixon tn location on January 30 2024 and I was rudely made to leave the store at 9:30 which is 30 minutes before they are supposed to close and told that the registers were closed and I needed to leave. So instead of purchasing over $100 worth the merchandise I left my items and proceeded to leave since I was rudely told to do so and then tried to ask the manager a question and she acted like she was on the phone which she clearly wasn’t. And she then ignored me completely. So I asked the cashier on the way out what time they closed and she said 10:00. So I feel like I was belittled against I will no longer shop there.Review from Yw W

And to add to my last complaint this is discrimination harassment that I am receiving when I come to the *********** ************ location in ********** **** State Route 42 and I would like to file a complaint at the state level equal opportunities for everyoneReview from Ibby A.

Gabe's returning policy is the worst ever I heard in any business. Once the price tag is off for what ever the reasons are Gabe does not return even if you have a receipt. I bought a short and I could not try on because the fitting room is closed for Covid-19. When I tryed on at home, it didn't fit me and the price tag fall off as I was pulling to try on. I went to Gabe and showed my receipt and asked the manager if I could exchange to different sizes.He said," I can't exchange or return it because the price tag is not attached to it." I ended up throwing the short and told myself never shop from Gabe again. I recommend you do not shop from Gabe unless you want to throw your money because of their unfair policy return. Yes, they sell cheap product but what good can it do if you can't return or exchange, and you ended up throwing what you just purchased.
