    I purchased a 2019 Dodge Journey with around 36,000 miles on 4/1/2023. On 4/12/2023 less than 2 weeks after purchasing vehicle the rear-end went out of the vehicle. Called Auto Choice and was told to have it towed to them and if there was a problem with the vehicle, I would be reimbursed for the cost of the tow. They found that the problem with the vehicle was that the rear-end had gone out of it and since it was covered by a warranty it had to be taken to a Dodge Dealer and the Dodge Dealer would have to reimburse the tow fee. I ask Auto Choice for another vehicle to drive since now I had no vehicle. I was told they could not do this and that it was the Dodge Dealer's responsibility to give me another car to drive while mine is being repaired. There was an issue with what it would cost them to have it taken to the Dodge Dealer so it wasn't taken there right away. Once it arrived at the Dodge Dealer, *** ***** ****** Wheeling, WV. I called to see if they had found out what was wrong with it and that I needed a vehicle to drive, I was told they didn't have any vehicle available to give me. The service man at the Dodge Dealer told me to contact **** Customer Care to get a rental which I did. **** Customer Care told me that since I was not the original owner they could not provide me with a rental but that I could go and rent a vehicle. Now why should it be up to me to rent a vehicle? Also, the part needed to fix my vehicle is on backorder so I have no idea when I will be getting it back. In the mean time I am without a vehicle. If not for my sister loaning me her car, my husband would of had no way to get to work. I feel she should be paid a rental fee by Dodge for me having to use her car and if they do not get me a car to drive while mine is being repaired who knows how long I will have to borrow her car. This is completely unfair to me as well as her.

    Horrible service with this dealership I do not recommend. I had a rear control arm replacement done on my vehicle 2 months prior, along with an alignment, oil change and tire rotation now it has been about 5 thousand highway miles, I went to rotate my tires and the wheel with the new control arm has been warn to the belt with threads showing. All of the other 3 tires were wearing perfectly fine, so how does a tire rated with a 60,000 mile tread life warranty (courser hex tour) wear to the belts unless the alignment is off significantly on that wheel? And how does the rear wheel become that far out of Alighnment unless there is a part broken, bent, or the wheel was not realigned properly after the control arm was replaced. Wheel was checked and nothing was broken or bent. When I asked about the issue I was told that it was because the tire was already starting to wear that way when the control arm was replaced and the tire continued to wear that pattern, but did not offer any suggestions on the issue after they looked up the service appointment and saw that the tires were rotated only that we must of hit something hard. So now that they have checked it over and realigned the car I am having to purchase 4 new tire, because I can’t replace just 1or 2 with it being an awd vehicles, then they charged me full price for the Alighnment and only offer offer a 10 percent discount on tires because there was a coupon special. This is not my first service issue with this dealership but it will be my last I will not be spending another dime at this dealership as they do not stand behind there service or the products that they sell.
