Their lease states you will be charged a late fee if rent is late. They are also now charging late fees on their own additional fees they haven’t notified you of. They have taken almost 1000 dollars unauthorized from me in the past three months. When you need anything, you will hardly ever get a prompt response. Goose fecal matter all over the property. They are cute but the fecal matter does carry disease. Basketball court, poor condition, covered in fecal matter. Tennis courts are cracked and not kept up. Pool, beautiful but often out of order. Stray cats have taken over the furniture on the front porch and have damaged our outdoor furniture. No security. So many of these things one would overlook but management is not an advocate of the residents.
