*** *********** *************....Thursday January 25, 2024 I took my 2015 *** **** to Neffs Auto in New Martinsville, WV to have maintenance on the air suspension. After a week they said they repaired to driver side air control module, and that the vehicle was safe to drive, but errors codes pointed to an issue with the nitrogen, and that dealerships where the only place that had nitrogen. I would just need to take it easy on the potholes, because the front end was sitting "a little low" Upon my arrival and inspection of Neffs work, I determined that the vehicles ride height was too low and that the front end of the truck was resting on the front wheels. In no way was that vehicle safe to drive. So, I returned to the shop to instruct then that the vehicle was not safe to drive and that I need to have it towed to the dealership ******* ***** in Parkersburg, WV). Friday January 26th I called ******** towing to arrange a tow and after a $400 tow bill and the dealership taking a closer look at the vehicle it was determined that Neff's didn't properly finish the job and that the sensor control arm was completely off the mounting bracket, forcing the truck to rest on the wheels and not properly inflate the air suspension. $170 later the dealership reconnected the sensor and the truck was able to properly inflate. I called Neffs and explained the situation, they denied everything, even down to them calling a tow truck instead of me, which is a blatant lie. I am requesting the $400 tow bill and the $170 bill to repair Neffs mistake be reimbursed to me, as well as the $300 I paid to Neffs to not repair my truck.

My wife was involved in a auto accident and her car was sent to Neffs repair center for repairs. After having the vehicle for almost 2 months they told me it was finished. Immediately upon pulling out I noticed an extreme vibration coming from the damaged area of vehicle . They had my vehicle for another couple day while repairing. The vehicle has progressively got worst since the day we got it back in the damaged area. They billed for me brand new parts where used parts were used. They have refused to look at the vehicle without charging me more money . The issue clearly is caused by the area they worked on ,which was suppose to be new parts . The vehicle was picked up towards the end of October 2023 and has had problems every since in the right rear area of vehicle. The area they repaired on my vehicle is now unable to be driven until fixed. I have been more than patient trying to work with them to fix the vehicle but I've had enough. They have lied on the parts being new when clearly the were used. They charged me 2 5 times the price of a new rim for a used rim. They're very unprofessional and also have cats all over there waiting area making for a tough environment for people allergic to feline.
