If I could give a ZERO STAR RATING, I would. My husband and I came in, found a brand new 2023 Dodge Challenger, had only 42 miles on it, never owned, and Astorg Auto told us we were approved on May 4th, through ******* ***, with a $2000 down payment on top of the car's rebates. We signed the paperwork, put full coverage insurance on it, set up total car warranty, and drove it home. Over a week later, Astorg calls us and demands us to bring back the car back immediately, which costed us over $2000 in sales that we had set up that day that completely fell through due to us not showing up. They tell us that ******* *** decided all of a sudden to consider it a used car and that their policy changed as of May 1st, so they were offering less money on the loan and required $9000 MORE on the down payment before we could have it!!!! On top of that, Astorg is now REFUSING TO GIVE US OUR $2000 DOWN PAYMENT BACK!!! They said, "looks like you got a double-whammy... you lost your car and your money!!!" They are crooked and I highly, HIGHLY recommend that you STEER CLEAR of this company!!! They are thieves and liars!!! We are in the process of suing them to get our money back! AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!
