I put a $200.00 deposit on a new vehicle at Louis Thomas Subaru but then changed my mind and did not purchase the vehicle from them. I spoke to the owner, Lou Sr. today and he is refusing to refund my $200 and referred to me as a “sleezy customer.” I never signed any documents with them nor was I ever told that they would keep my deposit if the deal fell through.Business response

To Whom It May Concern,
This is our reply to your letter dated September 26, 2022 regarding the above caption.
On September 26, 2022; we mailed Mr. ******** a check for $200.00, check number *****, to the address he provided. This check represented a refund of the $200.00 deposit he phoned in for a new car vehicle. A copy of the check is attached.
