On 6/20/22 I took my 2018 ***** Accord to Pioneer in for an A/C condenser warranty because my A/C had stopped working. I received a phone call after they had looked at it and was told verbally that there was in fact a leak AT the condenser which is what the warranty states is covered. They are refusing to fix it and stating that there is foreign rock damage to the condenser. Upon being told that I asked to see pictures of it as proof because I didn't believe them. Upon picking my car up and paying them for the inspection I asked to see the pictures of the condenser and they informed me that they didn't take them because they didn't feel they needed to. The invoice they gave me only states that there is a leak AT the condenser and no damage to it. The warranty states that it should be covered and replaced at no cost. I contacted ***** and they also stated that based on the invoice it should be covered but they can't force the dealership to fix it because they are privately owned. When I called Pioneer back about the conversation, I had with ***** they informed me that I would need to bring my car back in order to take pictures of the condenser to send to their ***** rep which I refused to do as I had told them to take them already and I live 1 & 1/2 hour away and gas is expensive. I then went and got a second opinion at a local dealer and was told by them that it should be covered that they don't see any sign or excessive rock damage. I then called Pioneer about the issue again and they are still refusing to fix it unless I bring the car back in for pictures or take them myself. I was going to get pictures myself however I can't get them based on location of the condenser. I have provided copies of the warranty, invoice with payment receipt, and second opinion of the condenser. I feel as if they are trying to lie and make me pay for it because they don't get paid as much by ***** for the warranty work to be done. I am requesting a refund and my car fixed.

I went for an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection and was told my car did not pass because of my tires. I was quoted a price to replace all 4 tires with free alignment. The tires would have to be ordered and it would be about a week. He said because I came in so early in the month and I had until the end of the month to pass inspection, they did not scrape my sticker and put a "fail" sticker on. I declined the tires, stating that there may be warranties left on them and I'll take my car back to that business. When I did, I was told that with rating that my tires were given (3 tires were 3s, 1 was a 6), my car should have passed inspection. Also, the guy was nice enough to actually measure and at least one of the tires, in his opinion, was more like a 4 or 5. So I took my car to another place that does state inspections. It passed without an issue. I have since researched state inspections and there are several red flags here: 1. The sticker is supposed to be scraped before the car is even inspected. 2. Tires less than 2/32 fail inspection. Mine were 3 or above. 3. I was quoted a price for 4 tires when only 3 "failed". 4. The paperwork I was given does not even mention the state inspection (or failure of) only that I declined the service of 4 tires w/free alignment. I will not be returning to this dealership for maintenance or anything else for that matter.
